The Norwood Football Club has a rich history, one that we’re looking to protect by establishing a set of brand guidelines for the club. Currently, there is uncertainty and inconsistency with our use of colours, fonts etc. This project aims to provide brand consistency and help grow the Norwood Football Club as a professional and recognisable brand.
Some history…
When the club was established in 1960 we adopted the High School Fidelis on our jumper.
Later we changed to the NFC motif on the purple jumper, with only slight variations in the jumper design until 1999 (earlier in the junior club). Various Viking style logos had been used during that time for merchandise and other material.
From 1999 to 2003 we wore the hooped jumper and introduced a football logo (not on jumper).
Since 2003 we’ve worn our current jumper and use the following logo:
In 2022 we introduced the ‘purple haze’ clash jumper that borrows much from the original two versions.
We want to know what you think of our current brand and what should be the brand going forward. Let us know by filling out the survey below.
