The Norsemen is a respected coterie group comprised of past players, officials, and long-standing supporters of both the Norwood Football Netball Club (NFC) and Norwood Cricket Club (NCC).

Established in 1969, the Norsemen have played a vital role in supporting the club through volunteer service and financial contributions. While the nature of our involvement has evolved over time, our core mission remains unchanged: to provide ongoing support to the Norwood Football Netball Club through hands-on assistance and strategic fundraising initiatives.

Our Purpose

The Norsemen are committed to:

• Assisting the club through volunteer involvement at key events and match days

• Providing financial support to the club upon application, particularly where there is clear strategic benefit

• Supporting the development and transition of junior footballers into the senior program

• Backing the reserve grade structure through team incentives and mentoring support

• Leveraging our wide network of business and community contacts to attract new members and sponsorships
